We regret to announce the passing of Matthew Sorensen, 55, Inverness Co., on January 10^th, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Julia and father of Hannah.

He was a son of the late Paul and Blanche (Horne) Sorensen, Hudson QC.

He is survived by brothers Charles, Hudson, QC, Peter, AB, and David, U.S.A.; and sisters Margaret, Hudson, QC and Janet, Halifax.

Service will be held in West Bay United Church, West Bay, Inverness Co. on Tuesday January 17^th at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Matthew Sorensen may be made to Parkinson's Foundation or Doctor's Without Borders.
