Teasdale, Donald James, 55, Marshy Hope. The bottom fell out of our world when Donnie died at home suddenly on January 31, 2016.

Born Nov 1, 1960 he was theson of Charles and Julia (Wallace) Teasdale.

Donnie had a great zest for life. He loved music, heading up to the camp with friends, and especially sharing his life and his memories with his precious grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his S.F. Dog, Butter.

He will be sadly missed by his parents as well as the love of his life Heather Napier, his daughters, Christena (Dave Tellum) and Stacy (Peter MacDonald); Alix, who was like a daughter; and son Richard, all of Antigonish; Grandchildren, Mia, Miah, Taylor, Ailish, and Josiah; sisters Katherine (Mike Meuse), Windsor; Carol Anne (Greg MacDougall), Antigonish; Angela (Gerard Chiasson), Antigonish; Ruth (Steve Foster), Antigonish; Laura (Steve Paglia), Knowlton, QC; and Michelle (Lyle Chychum), Edmonton, Albt.; as well as many uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.

Predeceased by his grandparents, Charles and Catherine Teasdale and James "Mack" and Mabel Wallace; and uncles, Lorne Teasdale and Cecil Wallace.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 7-9pm and Wednesday 2-4pm and 7-9pm in C.L. Curry Funeral Home 135 College St. Antigonish. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 11:00am in St. Ninian Cathedral, Antigonish, Reverend Joe MacKenzie presiding. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Maryvale in the spring.
