Chisholm-McCallum, Florence Anastasia "Nan", 96, R.K.MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish,formerly of Post Road, Antigonish. died on Thursday April 21 at the home.

Born in Antigonish she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Florence (MacPherson) Chisholm.

Nan spent most of her adult life devoted to caring for her parents. She was a member of St Ninian's Cathedral Parish. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Nan was predeceased by her husband Lloyd McCallum, brothers Harold and Colin sisters Gerry Cormier and Eileen.

Cremation has taken place there will be no visitation. Funeral service to be held August 6, 2016, at 11 am in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St. Antigonish with Reverend Donald MacGillivray presiding, burial to follow in St. Ninian Cemetery.

Memorial donation may be made to R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home Foundation.
