Boudreau, Mary "Mae", age 84, of Purl Brook and formerly of Heatherton passed away on July 15, 2016 in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish.

Born in Heatherton, she was the daughter of the late Mary Boudreau. Mae was adopted and raised by Agnes and John Flynn of Heatherton.

Mae was an outdoors person who loved to hunt and trap rabbits and partridge. She enjoyed bingo and picking berries.

She is survived by her sister Theresa Boudreau, Antigonish; her caregivers, Billy Bowman and Shirley Rogers.

Besides her mother she was predeceased by her adoptive parents Agnes and John Flynn and caregivers Dave and Mary Bowman.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Monday in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College Street, Antigonish. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 2:00 pm in Immaculate Conception Church, Heatherton with Reverend Gary MacPherson presiding. Burial in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Antigonish S.P.C.A.
