DeGruchy, Teresa Colleen, age 75, of Addington Forks, Antigonish County. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, nanny, sister and friend on February 15, 2017.

Colleen was born in Havre Boucher on March 3, 1941. She was the daughter of the late Dan and Josephine (Casey) DeCoste.

She was a stay-at-home mom bringing up her family. Colleen’s grandchildren were her pride and joy. She enjoyed bingo and playing cards.

She is survived by her sons, Kevin (Kelly), New Brunswick; Gary (Janice), Havre Boucher; Allan, Addington Forks; Carmen, Antigonish; grandchildren: Shauna, Hanah, Ryan, Taylor, Brooke, Maddison, Reagan and Kristie; sister, Myrtle (Gordon) Bond, Frankville.

She was predeceased by her husband Eddy, an infant son, Robert Dean; brothers, Kevin, Bernard and infant Ronald Daniel.

Visitation will be on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College Street, Antigonish. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday at 11am in St. Ninian Cathedral. Burial in the parish cemetery.
