MacIsaac (Cole), Amy Rachelle, age 32, Auld’s Cove passed away at St Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish on March 24, 2017. 

Born in Antigonish she was the daughter of June Ann Cole, Antigonish and Albert George Cole, Pine Grove, Lunenburg County. 

Amy fought her battle with cancer with courage, dignity and strength. She always put others first and will be remembered for her kindness. Amy completed the Continuing Care Assistance program and was employed by the R.K MacDonald Nursing Home and St. Martha’s Regional Hospital. 

Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband and soul mate Dennis Andrew MacIsaac and their son Jacob, who was her pride and joy; sisters: Tammy Butler and Kerry Butler (Lorne), Antigonish; brothers, Robert Butler, Antigonish; Bradley Butler, Vancouver; Travis Cole (Sophia), Vancouver; grandmother, Cecilia (Sparkie) Bouchie, Antigonish; mother and father in law, Calestine and Andy MacIsaac, brother in law, David MacIsaac, Mulgrave. 

The family would like to thank Dr. M. Murphy and staff as well as Dr. Cooper and Dr MacCormack and staff at St. Martha’s Regional Hospital for their compassion and care during this difficult time. 

Cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday March 28, 2017  at 2:00pm in St. Paul’s Church. Havre Boucher with Reverend Allan MacPhie presiding.
