Rust, Priscilla Ann, age 92.
It is with sadness buy gratitude for a life well-lived that we announce the death of our mother, Priscilla Ann Rust of Tracadie in High-Crest Home, Sherbrooke, NS.
Born in Tracadie, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Joseph and Sophie (Benoit) Myette.
Priscilla was a homemaker in every sense of the word, as she always took care of things. She was a good mother, and there was no doubt she was in charge. She was an excellent cook who prided herself in a neat, clean home. She enjoyed sewing and knitting, especially socks. Priscilla loved get-togethers with friends, especially for bingo or a good game of cards.
She is survived by daughters, Linda (Keith) Rose, Berwick; Paula (Wayne) Fraser, Antigonish; Cathy (Monty) MacDougall, Stellarton; son, Terry (Jeannie), Tracadie; grandchildren, John, Lisa, Ben, Kristian, Erin, Matthew, Natasha, Britney, Sheldon, and Sophia; and nine great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by husband, Harold; daughters, Karen and Rachel; sisters, Ethel, Cecelia, Eldora "Elizabeth", and Eileen; and brother, Joe.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm in St. Peter’s Place, Tracadie. Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 2:00pm in St. Peter’s Church, Fr. John Barry presiding. Burial in the parish cemetery.
