Charles Edward "Eddie" Phee
Phee, Charles Edward, 74, of Antigonish passed away on November 14, 2019, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Antigonish, he was a son of the late James Edward and Mary Agnes (Medley) Phee.
Eddie had a love of fishing, visits to Tim Hortons, and gardening, which he passed on to his children and grandchildren. He was well known for his sense of humour and practical jokes. His smile lit up a room and his personality made him unforgettable.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Beryl (Fougere), children, Raymond (Debra), Amherst; Chris (Cheryl), Dartmouth; Patricia (Martin), Alymer, Quebec; Glenn, Dartmouth; and Charmaine (Elvis), Antigonish; his 11 grandchildren, Kyra, William, Christian, Kristy, Alexandre, Matthew, Regan, Marc-André, Aleah, Breanne, and Ava; sisters, Bette (Mike), Kentville, and Joan, Antigonish, and brother, David, Antigonish.
Predeceased by sisters, Linda, Mary Ann, and Ida; and brothers, John and Norman.
Visitation will be held Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College Street, Antigonish. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesdayat 11:00am in St. Ninian Cathedral. Burial in the parish cemetery.
