Landry, Joseph Willard "Sonny", age 90, of Frankville, Antigonish County passed away on December 22, 2019 in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Havre Boucher, he was the son of the late Wallace and Elizabeth Landry
Joseph worked for Mr. Christie's in Toronto for many years returning home to Frankville in the 1990’s. He was a great hockey fan.
He is survived by his daughter, Bonnie (Paul) Fortune, Beeton, Ont. and son, Wayne (Brenda) Landry, Windsor, Ont.; daughter in law, Georgette Landry, Afton; grandchildren: Dorinda, Jason, Ginette and Selena; five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; brother, Wilfred Landry, Antigonish.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Derrick.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Sonny’s life will be held in St. Paul’s Centre (lower level) on Monday, December 30th from 2 to 4 pm. Burial at a later date. Online condolences: www.clcurry.com.
