Casey, Georgina Mildred, age 90, of Tracadie passed away on June 17, 2022 in the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home.

Georgina was born in Scotch Lake, Cape Breton. She came to Tracadie as a housekeeper for Father Donnelly.  She served him faithfully for many years and it was in Tracadie she met her husband, Camillus, who passed away in 2002.  She loved caring for her plants, watching soap operas, and country music; especially, Charlie Pride.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Visitation will be in St. Peter’s Church, Tracadie on Wednesday

, June 22nd,from 10:00 to 11:00 am.  Funeral Mass will be in St. Peter’s Church, Tracadie tomorrow, Wednesday at 11:00 am with Reverend John Barry presiding.  Burial in the parish cemetery.  Online condolences:  www.clcurry.com.
