Legge, Margaret Karen "Peggy", 70, of Addington Forks, Antigonish Co. passed away on October 13, 2014 in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish.

Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late John and Laurie (Arbuckle) Simpkin.

Peggy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She loved get-togethers with family and friends She enjoyed music and dancing and in her spare time she enjoyed knitting and reading. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends.

She is survived by her husband Francis, daughters Karen (Anthony) Banks, Alberta; Mary (Tommy) Anderson, Purl Brook; sons Wade Armsworthy, Stewiacke; Jimmy (Doreen) Armsworthy, North Grant; Tommy Armsworthy, Sackville, NS; sisters: Norma MacDonlad, New Glasgow; Carol Doucette, New Glasgow; Sandra (Donnie) Munroe, Trenton; Kendra (John) Gray, Stellarton; Brother, Larry Simkin, Lower Barney's River; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her first husband Ted Armsworthy; son, Bernie Armsworthy, Brother David Nicherson.

Visitation will be from 2 -4pm and 7 -9pm Sunday in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St, Antigonish. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 am in St. Andrew's Church, St. Andrews with Reverend Charles Cameron presiding. Burial will be in South River Cemetery.
