DeCoste, Roger John, 63, of Taylor's Road, Antigonish Co., and formerly of Tracadie and Havre Boucher, passed away on Jan 10, 2015 in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish.

Born in Antigonish, he was a son of the late Henry and Mary Catherine (DeCoste) DeCoste.

Roger was employed with DeCoste Interiors in Antigonish as an installer. Previous to that he was employed by Breton Industrial Marine for 13 years.

He is survived by his wife, the former Maureen Bain; son Shane (Denyse), Taylor's Rd; grandsons, Luc, Josh, and Ben; siblings, Don (Kaye), Frankville, Berkley (Elizabeth), Frankville; Carol Sweeny, South River; Ronnie (Martina), Country Harbour, Sharon (James) Delorey, Tracadie; Beverly (Martin) Stewart, Havre Boucher; Janet (Mike) Conley, Drumheller,Alta; Colin (Angela), Frankville; Shirley (Ernie) DeCoste, Linwood; Dale (Patricia) Edmonton; Brian, Antigonish; Glen (Laurene) William's Point; Paul (Connie), Havre Boucher.

He was predeceased by brothers, Ignatius and Xavier.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, at 2:00 pm in St. Peter's Church, Tracadie. Burial in the Parish Cemetery at a later date.
