was a gifted story teller and enjoyed local history. Always
interested in a road trip, "Papa Bill" enjoyed travelling
and spending time with his family and pets. He was most
happy following the harness racing circuit and supporting West River
Stock Farm.
His
granddaughters will miss "Papa Bill" and his favourite
request for a kiss on the ear after giving them a handful of
change.
