Farnsworth, Kimberly Ann, 54. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kimberly Ann Farnsworth at the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home on March 10, 2015.

Born in Digby, she was a daughter of Myrna (Gosson) and the late Lew Farnsworth and foster daughter of Velma and David Hebb of Antigonish.

For some time, Kim resided in Dartmouth and worked at the Adult Service Centre (DASC). For the past 18 years, Kim has been employed at CACL in Antigonish and volunteered at The Opportunity Shop. Kim was involved with Special Olympics, winning gold and bronze medals. She loved her time with the StFX Drama Club, taking part in plays. Kim was also a participant in the Best Buddy program at StFX University. Kim shared her beautiful smile and warm loving personality with all who knew her.

Besides her mother and foster parents, she is survived by her sister Kelly Merritt (Brian), niece Lyndi; and nephews Logan and Luckus; foster sisters Sandra, Karen, and Courtney; and foster brothers Peter, Michael, and Tucker.

Cremation has taken place. Burial will be in Digby at a later date.
