DeCoste, Mary Ellen "Helen", 92, of Cape Jack Road, Antigonish County, passed away on June 2, 2015 in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish.

Born in Quincy, Mass. she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Martha (Myette) Benoit.

Helen was a woman of strong faith and held a quiet strength following the loss of three children. Helen enjoyed playing cards and bingo but especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a former member of St. Paul's Parish C.W.L.

She is survived by her daughters: Rose, Antigonish; Marlene (Glenn) MacDonald, Antigonish; son, Vincent (Kim), Frankville; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; special niece, Sharon Porter (Michael), Country Harbour.

She was predeceased by her husband Michael; daughters, Elaine and Patricia; son Gerard "Willy"; brothers: Francis, Eugene and Robert.

Visitation will be in St. Paul's Centre, Havre Boucher on Friday, June 5th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Funeral Mass will be in St. Paul's Church, Havre Boucher on Saturday at 1:00 pm.  Burial in the parish cemetery.
