Stone (MacDonald), Bonnie, age 73, passed away peacefully holding the hand of her true love, of 39 years, Tom on January 14, 2022 in the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish.
Born in Guysborough, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Frances (Atkins) MacDonald.
Bonnie was a very kind, generous person, always looking for ways to help the less fortunate. Her family was the centre of her life, with her grandchildren holding a special place in her heart.
She is survived by her husband, Tom; daughters: Tammy Edwards (John David), St. Andrews; Jackie Robbins (Larry), Charlottetown; sons: Darren (Cornelia) Stone, Margaree; Danny Stone, St. Andrews; grandchildren: Brittney, James, Danielle, Teddy, Morgan, Logan and Darius; great grandchildren Leah and Delaney; sister, Barb(Larry); brothers: Eugene (Wanda) and Brian.
Predeceased by infant daughter Jacqueline; sisters, Helena and Roseanne and brothers: Seward, Tommy and Ronnie.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions a private family funeral will be held in St. Andrews Church, St. Andrews on January 29th. Reverend Andrew Gillies and Reverend Peter Smith presiding. A livestream link to the funeral will be available on C.L. Curry Funeral Home website at 11:00 am on January 29th. Burial at a later date.
