Duncan, Donald Reece, age 75 of Salt Springs, Antigonish County, passed away peacefully May 6, 2023, in the compassionate care of the Palliative team at St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish.

Born in Hawkesbury, Ontario, he was a son of the late Lorne and Isabelle (Reece) Duncan.

Don’s creative spirit was reflected in both his professional and personal life as an engineer and avid woodworker.

He spoke fondly of his friendships with kindred dog-loving humans. Mel, Beth, Cheryl, and the entire team at Happy Dogs: you brought lightness to his journey.

His family is grateful for the courage, kindness, and sense of humour that he shared.
