It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Debra Ann MacInnis of Point Tupper. The daughter of the late June (MacLean) and Francis MacInnis, Debbie was born May 8, 1962.  She passed away at her home in Antigonish at 61 years old. 

She spent many years working at a pharmacy in Port Hawkesbury and spent some time in retail. 

Being brilliant with money and at acquiring assets, her dream before her illness was to open her own online business with collections she created over the years. 

Her greatest love and achievement in life was her five children.

She is survived by her life partner, Gordon Carter; their children, Nicholas, Dylan, Carly, Bailey, and Ashton; sisters, Linda (Sonny), Wendy (Jerry), and Donna; brothers, Gary (Ella), Terry (Brenda), Robert (Elizabeth), & Bernie; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Cremation has taken place.  Funeral will be held Monday in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College Street, Antigonish at 10:00am, with Reverend Peter Smith presiding.
