White, Kevin Edward, age 63, Hamilton, Ont./Monastery
It is with a great sense of loss and sadness that we announce Kevin's unexpected passing on December 10, 2022, at his home in Hamilton, Ontario.
Kevin was born in Antigonish on August 1, 1959, the son of John William and Mary Ethel (Crispo) White.
He left his family home in Monastery as a young teenager to find work in Hamilton, but returned home for his yearly summer visits. He had a passion and talent for the guitar and enjoyed kitchen parties.
He was a very
proud father and grandfather. He is survived by daughter Lisa (Shane
Greer) and her children, Keegan and Olivia; son Justin (Laura Brady)
and his son Evan, along with Laura's children, Dakota and Cailum; and
daughter Sadie.
Kevin is also survived by his siblings, Jack (late Aggie), Sylvia (Ted) Davies, Bob (late Kay), Edith (late Alton) Carr, Rosemary (John) Sullivan, Angela (Jim) Stewart, and twin Ken (Joan). He was predeceased by his parents, his eldest brother Berkley (late Dorothy), nephew Shawn White, grand-nephews Jake White and Ryan Sperry, and special friend, Hughie Cotie.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life was held in Stoney Creek, Ontario on January 15th. A private family gravesite ceremony will take place at St. Peter's Cemetery in Tracadie on July 7th, where he will be buried with his loving parents. Online condolences: www.clcurry.com.
