McDonald, William Gregory, age 94 formerly of Erinville, Guysborough County passed away on November 5, 2023 at Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough.

Born in Erinville, he was the son of the late John H. and Mary Ellen (Rogers) McDonald.

Greg and his brother James cultivated and sold Christmas trees from their woodlot in Erinville.  Greg also spent twenty years working  as a carpenter at Lenargo in New Glasgow  and worked with the Department of Transportation.

He is survived by nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother James and sister, Clara Cleary.

Visitation will be in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College Steet, Antigonish on Wednesday from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.  Funeral Mass will be held in St. Thomas Church, Salmon River on Thursday at 11:00 am.  Burial in the parish cemetery.
