It is with
deep sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond

Beverly Blair. The two married in 1975
and recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 5,
2025.
Ray went on
to work for Nova Construction for many years before transitioning to
forestry work for William Stewart, where he remained until health
challenges led to his retirement.
Ray had a
great love for animals—especially his beloved cat, Johnny.
He also enjoyed playing cards, board games, attending local bingo
events and spending time with friends and
family.
Ray will be
lovingly remembered by his wife, Beverly;
his son Raymond Joseph "R.J."
(Krista), Halifax; and his brother Carl
(Colette), Monastery; and numerous extended
