We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of Crystal Elizabeth Cameron of Antigonish on Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of Carmen Cameron and Catherine (Crispo) Cameron.

Crystal was always a bright, intelligent child who could make a room laugh with her crazy antics.  She was an avid reader with a photographic memory, and she also taught herself to play guitar.  She enjoyed having snacks while watching scary movies and true crime shows while cuddled up to her cats and family dinners on Sundays at her mother’s with her daughter, father, sister, and nephew.  Crystal worked at Canadian Tire, a job she truly enjoyed.

Besides her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Summer Catherine Spiers; sister, Pamela (Corey) Breen; and nephew, Brady Breen.

She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents, James and Marie Crispo; paternal grandparents, Robert and Lola Cameron; and many aunts and uncles.

Cremation has taken place, and funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, June 16th, in St. Peter's Church, Tracadie.  Burial in the parish cemetery.
