Archibald, Peter, 19, of Dartmouth and formerly of Goshen, Guysborough County, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2012, in Halifax.

Born in Halifax, Peter lived to skateboard, spending many hours at the Commons in Halifax.  He enjoyed four-wheeling, fishing, and dirtbikes, and had an excellent rapport with young children. Peter taught himself to play guitar, and then spent many hours honing his craft.

He is survived by his adoptive parents, Steven and Debbie Archibald; sisters, Angelica Keeping, Kelsie Archibald, and Eryn Archibald; birth parents Stanley Carll and Shellie Maguire; foster parents, Donald and Debby Green; grandparents, Murray and Nell Feltmate, Helen Archibald, Rose and Mike Maguire, and Helen Keating, and a large extended family.

Predeceased by his grandfather, Bruce Archibald.

Visitation will be held Thursday in the C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College Street, Antigonish, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.  Funeral service will be held Friday in Kings United Church, Loch Katrine at 2:00pm, Pastor John Luten presiding.  Burial in Argyle Sunset Cemetery, Argyle.
